By participating in the Competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
In order to win the Competition you must answer the question “What is your favourite Moby song and why?” on the competition web site http://www.spotify.com/uk/blog (the “Question”).
How to participate
To participate in the Competition you need to answer the question on the competition web site http://www.spotify.com/uk/blog (“Entry”). Your Entry must be submitted before 11.59pm, Sunday June 5 2011.
Who can participate?
The Competition is open for Spotify users in the United Kingdom. Information on how to become a Spotify user is available on the competition web site http://www.spotify.com/uk/blog and on http://www.spotify.com. Your Entry must be received before the advertised closing date and time of the Competition. You may only submit one Entry. Employees of Spotify (including Spotify affiliates) and their immediate families may not participate in the Competition.
The winner will be selected by a panel of representatives from Spotify. The panel will select the Entry with the most original reason for winning in their absolute discretion. Only entries which correctly answer the Question will be considered. The panel´s decision is final and binding.
The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the closing date of the Competition. The email will include information on how to claim the prize.
Information about the prize is available on the competition web site http://www.spotify.com/uk/blog.The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash and is subject to change in Spotify’s absolute discretion. All taxes that may be imposed in connection with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
