It’s a Happy Wednesday for our Android users! We have just released a new Preview version that adds Facebook sign-in into the mix. The update will also enable Facebook sharing and, for those moments when you don’t want to share what your guilty musical pleasures, a Private listening mode. You can simply activate Private mode from your settings.
If you’re new to Spotify, first-time users will now be able to log in and create an account with Facebook credentials.
In order to install you must set your phone to allow installation from “Unknown Sources” by going to the Settings > Applications > Unknown sources menu. Once that’s done, you can then download the file to your Android phone.

The good people at Nokia have recently launched a beautiful new phone, the N9, and now they’re bringing a world of music to it.
They’ve created a Spotify app for their phone that brings you all the great features you’ve come to expect from Spotify. Access our catalogue of millions of tracks, manage and sync your playlists, listen to music with no mobile connection using Offline mode, and much, much more.
To get the app for your N9 all you need is a Spotify Premium subscription and then head over to the Nokia Store to download.
We’re excited today to announce our first preview release of Spotify for BlackBerry. As our sixth mobile app, BlackBerry comes packed with great features to keep you listening to your favourite music wherever you are.

We’ve tested our app on the following devices: 9780 Bold, 9700 Bold, 9300 Curve, 9000 Bold, 8520 Curve. Currently the app only supports phones running on GSM networks. CDMA-network phones and Torch 9800 are not currently compatible.
The app is available now as a preview for those of you who want to give it an early try and as soon as we have a final, fully tested version we’ll release it to the App World. Enjoy!
