1. Would it be possible to buy premium for free stores ? like in 3 month,6month,12month packages or somthing

  2. Great idea guys – roll this out and then hammer out get premium membership included in the line rental price of every compatible phone. I’m rooting for you :)

  3. Shame you can get better deals for that phone on other networks…its not too bad a deal other than the 24month contract!

Can we expect to see other deals with other networks? If you just made your yearly subscription £60…Im there!

  4. What about the spotify app for symbian phones – any news on a release date?

  5. This is good news, but I echo silentbobisangry’s sentiments. The promise of getting Spotify on my 5800 was my main motivation for subscribing to Premium. More news on the Symbian app would be really appreciated!

  6. I just bought a Hero 2 days ago as it’s a cheaper to get it from t-mobile (rebranded G2 Touch), and pay the spotify monthly. Coupled with the fact that out of the various phone operators, three would be at the bottom of my list.

  7. We want to se Spotify on Windows Mobile ! I have waited a long time. How hard is it to do an app ?

  8. Ok, this has nothing at all to do with the post, but I just need to say it. YOU NEED TO GET “She likes to party with everyones eyes on her – Kobojsarna”! You have a few other songs from Kobojsarna, but you SERIOUSLY need to get this! Please! :)

  9. This has nothing to do with the topic, but..

I would like a feature to see the tour schedule of the artists with upcoming events concerts and maybe a link to the artists official webpage. Maybe a feature to wish for the artist to hold a concert in a town close to you!

I think such a feature would add a value for both artists and music lovers

  10. @ gordonbyers.
The Hero on T-Mobile is free with monthly payment of £30 on 24 months contract = £720 after two years. Plus £240 for Spotify Premium for two years = £960.

On 3, you pay £98 for the phone and £35 x 24 months = £938 in total. Hardly a significant difference over two years but definitely NOT cheaper on T-Mobile (plus 3 gives unlimited Skype which I’m not sure T-Mob allows as it uses your inclusive minutes).
3’s coverage is another question but if, like me, you spend 90% of your time in good coverage areas, 3’s a good deal.

  11. @ ceppm.
I’m on a 18 month contract. £540, not £720. After which if i keep my handset and stay on the same contract i pay £10 less a month.
It’s the better option, but if your a 3 fanboy……

  12. Is it just me thats noticed they didn’t say there will be a spotify app for the HTC hero phone. it just says you can get the phone and the spotify premium subscription included.
Theres no mention of the word ‘app’. Id love the spotify app to be on all phones. I have it on my ipod touch. Im not about to fork out hundreds for an iphone on 02. 02 is a complete rip off. Tmobile is the one i go for, i pay £30 a month and i get £200 credit to use how i want and a free nokia 5800. I think its a bargain. Not long after i took that contract they took it off the site lol i think they must have realized they are losing out.

  13. Im a 3 subscriber and have a N97, when are you going to get your act together so I can have a reason to go premium??? I am not prepared to pay £9.99 a month for something which other users get more for the same money. Either create a new sub for £6.99 a month for example exluding phone access or pull your finger out and roll out the S60 app before I will be signing up for premium

  14. Lababio

Hardly surprising as it’s competition to iTunes :-) Keep up matey.

  15. Yes I would like to buy a premium account in discounted bundles of 3 or 6 months at 3 stores.
