2. Kid Rock was 15 when he began rapping and DJing

3. Kid Rock signed a record deal at 17 against his parents wishes.

4. Kid Rock was part of the “Straight From The Underground Tour” alongside several major rap artists, including Ice Cube, Too Short, D-Nice, Mac Dre, and Yo-Yo.

5. Kid Rock has his own beer! In 2009, Kid Rock began producing his own line of beer “American Badass Beer

6. Kid Rock was in the movie “Joe Dirt” with David Spade in 2001
