Spotify goes AWAL and updates with 43,253 tracks

We’re delighted to announce that we’ve struck a deal to add music from UK indie aggregator AWAL (Artists Without A Label). AWAL represents over 4,000 artists, 100,000 tracks and has had huge success stories such as the Arctic Monkeys and Moby and will be releasing the upcoming Thom Yorke single.

The first portion of AWALs catalogue arrives in this music update and we look forward to future updates with all their great music. In total we added 3,540 albums and singles to the catalogue today, in total 43,253 new tracks are now available.

Spotify Premium Sweden, Sing Sang Sung

French duo Air are set to release their sixth studio album later this month. The new album, Love 2, is the first production recorded at their own facility, Atlas Studio. Starting today Spotify Premium subscribers in Sweden can listen to the album. For a taste of the new album check out the first single Sing Sang Sung.
