Together with Talenthouse, we recently invited artists, designers and filmmakers from around the world to take part in a competition to create a piece of work that conveys how music makes them feel.
With the winners receiving part of a prize pool of £5,000 and the opportunity to power-up their career, it was hotly-contested with a huge number of high-quality entries across two categories: Film and Artwork.
For Film, the winning entry ‘Synced’ – created by Zandrak – features three friends synced up to the same playlist so they can share how they are feeling as they play, dance, and explore the city together:
The successful winner for the artwork entry was by Sebastien Andersson and shows how music has an almost magical ability to turn the most unbearable days into something more comforting:
These two winners were celebrated, along with our runners up and ‘community choices’, at an event in Shoreditch, London. Their entries were showcased and enjoyed by their friends and family but also leading creative industry executives.
Though the winning creative work beautifully illustrates how music can change our lives for the better, we’re thrilled with the fantastic quality and the sheer number of entries to our contest.
Congratulations to everyone who took part!
